Job Description Project/Task Manager Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Project/Task Manager supporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in assessing as-is processes and procedures, assist in developing more formal documentation of those policies, processes, procedures, and propose improvements. HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
* Assess program processes and procedures and propose improvements to the PM/DPM
* Document both business and technical processes across the program as needed
* Assist with tracking and maintaining program data
* Plan, design, and implement improvements using tools like Excel or Sharepoint to improve data integrity and efficiency to support better decision making
* Administer and maintain the sponsors Sharepoint Site collection WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
• Required Experience: 10 to 15 years of directly related experience in System Engineering experience
• Required Technical Skills: * Understands data management principles and data-driven design Outstanding communication skills
* Action oriented, detailed, organized, and independent
* Proficient to expert in Excel
* Proficient in Sharepoint Design, Administration, and workflow design
* Ability to react positively to changing environments and advance progress with minimal direction • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly • Location: On Customer Site
