Our work depends on Logistics Analyst joining our team to provide substantial procurement and traditional logistics services in support of the group's field operations. HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
• Logistics personnel support all of the group's mission elements, including those that are associated with domestic and field sites. This is a worldwide team that is collaborative and synergistic, that is integrated into mission and that leverages technology to develop and deliver agile solutions
• Work scope includes on average 1-2 deliveries/pickups daily, processing 3-5 vehicle requests daily and 5-15 additional logistics requests daily in addition to other duties
• Logistics Analyst should have experience packing sensitive and classified materials to sponsor standards
• Will be responsible for monitoring shipping requests, providing guidance to customers, and validating shipping labels. will frequently need to assist with loading/unloading material and utilizing pallet jacks
• Must be willing to become proficient in utilizing multiple sponsor accountable property tracking systems. Logistics Analyst must understand or quickly become proficient in the sponsor's process of reutilization of property and the documentation required to track property lifecycle from cradle to grave WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Required Experience: 2 years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Able to become proficient in sponsor's systems
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Able to lift 50 lbs.
