And our work depends on an INFORMATION TECHNOLIGY SR. MANAGER (Network Operations and Cybersecurity Program) on our team to support NAVY INTEGRATED TRAINING ENVIRONMENT activities. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Responsible for overall information technology and network operations
* Establishes and administers the overall strategies and procedures for the operation and maintenance of information technology assets
* Develops and implements network operations program
* Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support information technology and network infrastructure
* Evaluates activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform duties as assigned WHAT YOULL NEED: * Seven (7) years of information technology experience with DoD efforts
* Five (5) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts
* Top Secret Clearance
* Ability to obtain a USN Common Access Card (CAC) and obtain access to military installations.
* Experience managing dispersed workforce in support of operating and maintaining an integrated network as well as a dispersed group of networks
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Desired: * Familiarity with synthetic training environment
