We are a busy, growing, fun, and professional dental office with a position available for a part-time/full-time addition to our practice.

Our culture is a friendly, positive, and caring atmosphere toward our patients and team members.

The ideal candidate is excited about dentistry, has excellent communication skills, is reliable, has a positive outlook and attitude, and is able to multitask and help other team members in the office as needed.

•Customer Service experience preferred.

•1-year Dental Assistant Experience is Preferred.

Salary

$13- $17 an hour (Depending upon experience)

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Full Job Description

Responsibilities

•Work under the general supervision and guidance of a Dentist

•Provide chairside assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment

•Charting during the dental examination

•Take X-rays

•Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area

•Set up and break down operatories

•Assist with supply inventory and ordering

•Maintain a clean and professional office environment

•Assist with scheduling patients, presenting and/or explaining treatment plans, and taking payments.

· Contacting and following up with patient's treatment plans and recalls.

•Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Preferred Experience

· Eaglesoft Software Knowledge

· Spanish speaking

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday (full day)
  • Friday and Saturday(Half days as applicable)

· All staff and persons in the office wear masks including patients and maintain social distancing.
