A construction company in Orange County is seeking an experienced superintend to lead and manage site construction for street/highway projects, mostly with Caltrans. (if your experience is in buildings and remodeling, Don't apply!)

The right candidate should have the followings:

• At least 10 years' experience leading public work projects like Caltrans
• At least 5 years' experience in street/highway projects
• Should be able to run & lead the projects per plans and specs
• Know how to read plans and execute it.
• Should be able to actively communicate with PM, office, subs
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Should know how to take off materials underground, concrete work, asphalt, etc.
• Comfortable working on street projects and with team
• Experience in traffic control is a plus.
• Experience in traffic signal is a plus
• Able to professionally, efficiently, and effectively communicate up and down the chain of command to build, resolve, and complete work.
• Have clean driving record
• Bilingual is a plus

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
