Essential Duties:
- Assists team members daily with questions as needed. Manages escalated customer issues and follows through to resolution. Acts as the team expert with knowledge in all processes and procedures. Ensures workload is managed and service level agreements are met. Monitors and evaluates team goals to ensure achievement.
- Selects, coaches, and develops staff. Sets clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manages performance - recognizing achievement, providing feedback and administering progressive discipline when necessary. Implements new hire onboarding.
- Works proactively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and communication with a focus on the customer. Creates and maintains work instructions or other appropriate documentation as needed.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of parts experience
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1 year experience leading, mentoring or supervising a team
- Experience in Lean/Continuous Improvement methods
- Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, using customer portals and creating reports using queries
- Effective problem-solving ability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills
