Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Tire Technician to join our dedicated team. As a Commercial Tire Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of commercial vehicles, from trucks to buses. Your expertise in tire installation, maintenance, and repair will directly contribute to the safety and performance of our clients' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire installation, balancing, and rotation on various types of commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and heavy equipment.
• Inspect tires for signs of wear, damage, or irregularities and provide recommendations for necessary actions.
• Repair and patch tires as needed, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires based on vehicle specifications and usage requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of tire services performed, including tire specifications, repairs, and replacements.
• Operate tire and balancing equipment safely and effectively, ensuring proper calibration and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and provide support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to commercial tires.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in tire maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Tire Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of tire installation, balancing, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using tire-related tools and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of lifting and moving heavy tires.
• Valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Experience:

• Commercial Tire Repair: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
