Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle inquiries from patients
-Pulling and submitting insurances
-Bilingual a plus!
-Willing to learn pre-testing in the future
