Job description Genadyne Biotechnologies is a Long Island based developer and manufacturer of negative pressure wound therapy systems.

We are a growing durable medical equipment (DME) company and our mission is to promote wound healing, decrease wound recurrence and maintain dignity, independence, comfort and pain control of the wound care patients.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The candidate should be motivated, ambitious, intelligent and able to work in a fast-pace office environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an Accounts Receivable position and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team.

Submit monthly commission reports for sales rep. to payroll. Prepare monthly / quarterly rebate reports and issue checks.

Create sales report for sales reps. Invoicing and emailing invoices. To be Invoiced weekly report. Draft weekly credit memos.

Monitor invoices for FedEx and UPS. Update repair terms and shipment status prior to approval of invoicing. Creating new customer profile.

Obtain sales rep. commission rates, payment terms and AP contacts for new customers, dealers and hospitals. Releasing and putting customers on hold.

Genadyne Canada- Invoicing, collection, cash applications and credit card processing. Monthly and annually rentals. Update cash receipts report.

Run aging and statement reports. Emailing statements and including late payment fees. Create, edit and run dealer profit monthly and quarterly rebate reports.

Issuer credits for rebates, send check issuance request and issue Genadyne Canada checks and commission. Requirements : Associates Degree in accounting / finance.
