Job Function

Specific Job Duties
• Processing Quote and Order Requests received via Email.
• Receives, Reviews, and Validates Customer Artwork Quality.
• Communicate customer art quality and size specifications to the Sales Team (determining art changes and saving art work for the Sales and Layout Teams).
• Provide phone coverage of calls to e-mail and fax log areas (customer, plant and agent calls regarding all e-mail and fax related questions).
• Data entry of e-mail and fax information into Windows-based PC.
• Coordinate distribution list for orders, and quotes.
• Provide back-up for other E-mail Specialists and Administrators.
• Helping out with special projects related to Sales and/or Marketing.
• Distribution of information to individual personnel.
• All other duties as needed for the benefit of the group or organization. 

Position Requirements
• Previous Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and/or Composer Software
• Above average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.
• Good mechanical aptitude and abilities.
• Well-organized, with good numerical skills, and a familiarity with computer database usage and Internet file transfer.
• Familiarity with PC applications and Internet communications.
