A day in the life of a CNC Operator/Plaque Cast Manufacturing Specialist at Gemini includes: 

• Creating basic programs and repairs using a CAD-CAM system.
• Loading materials into the milling machines optimizing machine utilization.
• Finishes edges of plaques by filing and sanding as required by company standards of quality.
• Prioritizes orders by ship dates and performs inspections before shipments to ensure compliance with customer requests.
• Ensures material is moved around the facility in accordance with the manufactured process to meet the deadlines required.
• The work environment is clean, bright, and hot around equipment.
• Reporting to our Plant Supervisor
