Located in West Sacramento, California, GeminiBio has two manufacturing facilities, comprising a total of 57,000 square feet. To meet the stringent needs of biotechnology research and production customers, the company's cell culture sera and bioprocess liquid manufacturing facilities are segregated between animal origin-free cGMP manufacturing and animal component cGMP manufacturing.
GeminiBio is an ISO 13485 certified, FDA registered Class 1 Medical Device Manufacturer, aligned with 21 CFR Part 820.
Position Summary
As a Cell Culture Solutions Sales Specialist at GeminiBio, your primary focus will be on driving sales of our catalog Cell Culture Solutions and Process Liquids. This entails actively promoting and selling a diverse range of products, including human serum, fetal bovine serum, and GemPure high-purity water products. You'll collaborate closely with our Process Liquids Solutions Technical Sales Executives (TSEs) to identify and cultivate opportunities for custom cGMP process liquids manufacturing services, aimed at simplifying bioprocess workflows both upstream and downstream.
Your responsibilities will encompass generating, qualifying, and diligently following up on sales leads across various research and biotech/life sciences market segments. Effective collaboration with our channel partners will be crucial for indirectly reaching target customers, while you'll also be empowered to engage with customers directly when appropriate.
Ultimately, your key objective will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, both in terms of revenue and margin. Success in this role will rely on your proactive approach, collaborative spirit, and ability to navigate the complexities of the biotech and life sciences market.
