Duties
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations including transportation planning and supply chain management.
- Analyze and evaluate logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with overseas, internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Utilize Cargowise systems, Motiv GPS to track and monitor shipping route.
- Monitor and manage shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze transportation costs and negotiate favorable pricing with carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and other logistics-related data.

Requirements

-English and Mandarin speaking and writing is preferred.
- Some experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed and will be trained.
- Some knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation planning
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office, Google Suites, to track shipments and manage logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with overseas, internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Generate and send invoices to customers, monitor customer receivables and payment terms in a timely manner

- Provide customer service by phone and email. Assist customers, overseas colleagues, service providers, partners, and others with their inquiries.

- Monitor shipments as well as resolve billing issues, shipping discrepancy disputes, damage/ lost cargo claims

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
