GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Corrective Action & Investigation Advisor to join our team. This position is full-time and will support the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM in a remote capacity.

Overview :

• Providing guidance on governmental regulations and Laboratory guidelines.
• Conducting incident and general issues management investigations and reporting; participating in or supporting readiness reviews for operations.
• Supporting the activity approval process; developing and maintaining required operational documentation and procedural manuals;

tracking and trending analysis.

• Providing other compliance and / or quality-related support functions including development of training, delivery of facility-level training, and tracking and assurance of employee training.
• Provides other operational / administrative support functions as required.

Clearance & Citizenship Requirement :

• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the federal nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is requ ired.

About the Site :

The NNSA's Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), located in Los Alamos, New Mexico, is a design laboratory responsible for the safety and reliability of the nuclear explosives package in nuclear weapons.

This lab possesses unique capabilities in neutron scattering, enhanced surveillance, radiography, and plutonium science and engineering ( energy.gov ).

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience within the Department of Energy.
• Experience with documented corrective action management.
• Experience supporting event investigations, critiques, root cause, and effectiveness reviews.
