GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a Capital Project Leader to join our team at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM, which provides integral mission support to the NNSA. This position is full-time and will serve the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience utilizing formal Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to help manage a project/program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience developing and managing a team to achieve a defined set of deliverables and milestones.
• Experience in Hazard Category II nuclear facility.
• To be considered, you must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.
• Due to the nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Responsible for the organization of operations in the areas of Construction Engineering, Controls and Contracts Administration, and ensures that they are properly staffed.
• Ensures the proper coordination of the various groups within the Construction project.
• Provides timely group support services to assist the various construction projects.
• Ensures consistent application of construction engineering standards and practices between jobs.
