Responsibilities:

• Receive and schedule calls
• Build all commercial estimates
• Turn over any jobs in software from an estimate to an actual job
• Process and send all requested quotes
• Electronically maintain all signed contracts
• Maintain all preventative maintenance agreement
• Schedule weekly visits
• Review calls daily to ensure proper billing and PO's on jobs
• Assist commercial manager with reviewing any delayed payment
• Work directly with collections department for all outstanding customers
• Work directly with Commercial Service manager to get all documentation priced
• Enter notes, tasks, and finalize all commercial bills on quoted jobs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or account management experience
• Familiar with billing and accounts receivable processes
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
