Gem Care is seeking a Field Installation Helper to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation of mechanical services, such as round or rectangular ventilation duct, piping, structural steel, and other custom fabrications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand tools, such as wrenches, vice grips, snips, etc
• Familiarity with power tools, such as drills, saws, impact tools, etc
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
• Have valid drivers license
• Ability to operate and interpret a standard tape measure within 1/16 of an inch
• Ability to occasionally work at heights around 20' to 30'
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Pay rate:
$17.00

Schedule:
7:00AM-3:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of mechanical services (ductwork, piping, structural/custom fabrications, etc)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow and comply with onsite specific safety rules and regulations
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Show up to work on time when scheduled

Pay: $17.00 per hour
