Geller Properties is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Mansfield, OH
Maintenance Technician needed for Apartment Complex. Must be experienced in plumbing, electrical, unit turns, appliance repair, carpentry and drywall repair. Must be HVAC Certified. Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, own tools and be in the on call rotation every 2nd week. Position comes with salary and discounted housing. Please, only those with the above qualifications need apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
