Position Summary:

GELATYS is seeking a driven and experienced Food Services Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the food service industry, focusing on restaurants, cafes, and catering services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food service sales, a passion for gourmet food, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food service sector, including restaurants, cafes, and catering services.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the food service industry.

Prepare and present product demonstrations and tastings to potential and existing clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food service sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Deep knowledge of the food service industry and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proactive approach to sales.

Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about food, with a particular interest in gourmet and innovative products.

Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
