The Culinary Artisan will craft a variety of botanical bake goods (i.e., olive oil cakes, fresh loafs, hand-pies, cookies), fresh breads and compliment our gelato desserts. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional experience as a Culinary Artisan and have handcrafted a variety of elevated, small-batch and botanical recipes. Exceptional opportunity to bring your own creative edge using traditionally sourced, organic and sustainable ingredients. Our olive oil cakes highlight the menu using organic olive oil, specialty spices & infusions to complement our organic and elevated coffee recipes and beverage menu.

Ultimately, you will manage and have oversight of our studio kitchen, botanical dessert offerings and creative freedom. We forage all of our provisions from like-minded artisans and farmers who use sustainable, traditional and organic practices.
