• Works under the direction of experienced project managers and research investigators to coordinate projects primarily related to the MyCode Genomic Screening and Counseling Program.
• Tracks ordering of supplies and project related expenses, including invoices.
• Ensures adherence to federal or other regulatory requirements.
• Assists in the development, implementation and coordination of protocols.
• Under supervision, implements a project plan and provides overall project coordination, including progress tracking and reporting, quality control, recruitment and research support staff training.
• Coordinates all research project-related activities to assist the research team with meeting project goals and milestones, based on study design.
• Communicates resource needs, issues, project status and milestones met to project team and project leader.
• Develops and delivers study specific material such as tracking logs, templates, monitoring tools, study binders, process manuals, etc.
• Submits request for data extracts according to the study protocol and direction from the research investigator and project manager, works with REDCap database for data management and reporting.
• Assists with submission of final reports, study manuscripts, grant applications, and contract initiation request submissions.

This position is remote-capable, with possibility of being fully remote or a hybrid of remote and in-office.
