The LPN contributes data to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care as directed by the Inpatient RN. Promotes adaptive responses of patient or family to achieve the highest level of patient care, promote safety, and maximize patient satisfaction. Exhibits compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions. Coordinates patient care and interaction of staff.

Qualifications:
AGP4 is a 27 bed unit that has a major focus on the neurosciences. Neurosurgery patients can include craniotomies, cervical and lumbar surgeries, as well as brain and spinal tumors. The focus in neurology can vary from stroke/TIA’s to neuromuscular disorders, Guillain-Barré syndrome, MS and chronic migraines.
Schedule: This is a flex position where a minimum of 24 hours of availability, on every 4 week-schedule, is required. This availability and coverage must be to fill 24 hours of core needs. Flex employees are required to work a minimum of eight (8) hours per schedule on a weekend (Fri, Sat, or Sun), or on a holiday or alternate shift.
