Entry Level Janitor - Prather Area

This is a fantastic opportunity for people without any experience seeking to get their foot in the door and gain valuable experience!

This position is easy to learn and understand. Clear expectations are laid out for you in advance. You are asked to simply follow the routine and process that our company has developed especially for you.

Employees will not need to transfer equipment or supplies in their own vehicles. All equipment and supplies will be available on site.

Now hiring Part-Time entry-level janitor(s) in Prather, CA!

Part-time janitorial positions range from 15 to 25 hours.

Candidates applying must be able to work Monday to Friday and one of the shift(s) below :

• Swing Shift : Mon, Wed & Fri 6 : 00PM - 11 : 30PM, Tue / Thur 6 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm
• Working days and shifts are subject to change

Must be available to work weekends

Entry Level Janitor Expectations :

• Be on time, consistent in quality of work, follow established cleaning routine, maintain a consistent pace while working, well-groomed, professional when interfacing with clients.
• Be able to sweep, mop, vacuum, throw out the trash.
• Be able to clean; dust, mirrors / windows, window sills, floors, walls, baseboards, restroom partitions, sinks, toilets, and urinals.
• Be able to disinfect; doorknobs, handrails, major touchpoints.
• Be able to restock; toilet paper / liners, hand soap / towels.
• Maintain janitor's closet; keep clean, organized, dispose of empty boxes, dispose of expired products.
• Be able to transport self and travel between 1 to 5 different job sites within a shift.
• Be able to lift 1 to 50 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a good driving record
• Able to work alone

Job Type : Part-time

Pay Scale : $16.00 - $20.50 per hour

An employee’s actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry / clientele being serviced, and the employee’s longevity with the company.
