Full-time, temporary position to assist with recruiting efforts for startup of two new production lines. The Recruiter will perform direct recruiting functions necessary to fill positions for additional lines. Provides administrative support to HR Team with their recruiting needs. Oversees recruiting activities including sourcing, screening and candidate management. Duties will include posting open positions and managing current requisitions/candidates in ATS, reviewing resumes, performing phone screens, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, assisting with pre-hire screening, and onboarding activities. Occasional travel to assist with recruiting events may be necessary. Potential for a hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
