The Production Team Leader provides leadership and support for the implementation, development & direction of production teams. The position implements actions to improve product & process quality, as well as accelerating and support cultural change efforts aimed at achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities include:

* Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees that receive and stock raw material used in the production of CT and X-ray systems.

* Develop and maintain a cross-training plan to ensure coverage for each functional area.

* Work with materials teams to root cause and resolve in-coming receipt issues.

* Work with safety teams to identify and solve employee safety risks.

* In-depth understanding of key business drivers and an understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

* Use some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.

* People leadership skills in a manufacturing setting are essential.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree with 3 years production, supply chain experience or leadership or High School diploma/GED and 7 years production or supply chain experience.

2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

3. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity

Desired Characteristics:

1. MBA or Masters

2. Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices.

3. Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity.

4. Prior Team Leading experience

5. OMLP/ETLP graduate
