We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Screen Printing Assistant. As a Screen Printing Assistant, you will support the Operator on both manual and automatic screen printing presses. Responsibilities:

· Set up and take down jobs on both manual and automatic printing presses.

· Burn images on screens, prep screens for production, reclaim screens, and coat screens efficiently.

· Mix ink colors accurately to meet design specifications.

· Prepare orders, conduct quality control checks, and count garments to ensure accuracy.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area for optimal efficiency.

· Clean equipment regularly and perform general press maintenance tasks.

· Undertake additional projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

· Capable of differentiating between colors with a keen eye for detail.

· Follow directions and work orders with precision.

· Collaborative team player who can contribute to a positive work environment.

· Self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace without compromising quality.

· Quick learner with the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise.

· Efficient work ethic with a strong sense of urgency.

• Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5 PM.
