**Job for local to Colorado only - no out of state**

We're currently looking for a decently tech-savvy product developer / designer to take new projects from concept to completion and helping move projects forward along each step.

Responsibilities:

-Machine operation of laser cutters, UV printers, vinyl plotters. We'll train you on the machine operation itself, but knowledge of vectors and/or Adobe Illustrator is a must!

-Daily use of above machines to render materials for use in Production and assembly

-Researching titles and intellectual properties for possible product creation

-Analyzing specs and customer requirements to determine project scope

-Drawing up cost analyses and developing product pitches

-Communicating with vendors and manufacturers to vet prospective partners, commission samples, and provide feedback on sample phases

-Tracking orders and products through various design phases

-Filing paperwork and updates for approvals processes

Requirements:

-High level of organization and attention to detail

-Excellent communication and writing skills

-Creative problem solving abilities

-Understanding of deadlines and production schedules

-Willingness to learn about manufacturing processes

-Can read a ruler!

-Knowledge of geek culture!

-Imagination!

-Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop a plus / Illustrator or other vector program is key
