Job Description
Essential Functions

- Support the development of retail business accounts
- Help company meet its sales and profitability objectives
- Coordinate between various internal and external stakeholders regarding inbound and outbound product shipments
- Communicate accurate and timely information to sales team
- Coordinate with staff on packing needs, daily orders, priorities, etc.
Qualifications
Competencies
- Strong Computer software proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, AS400)
- Experience creating and giving sales presentations
- Strong Customer / Client focus
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Outgoing, aggressive self-starter, motivated and organized
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Enthusiastic and willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education & Experience
- 3 years of sales experience
- Experience selling Northwest apples and cherries preferred
- Customer portfolio, preferably with retail and food service accounts
- Extensive knowledge of varieties, grades, sizing and packaging
- Capable of profiling customers and generating leads
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid WA State Driver License
- Current motor vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle
