This is a great opportunity with a lot of career development and training. The Express Service Advisor is responsible for assisting our clients throughout the repair process.

The ideal candidate would have great customer service and would have previous automotive experience.

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of strong Customer Service experience. Previous Automotive experience is a plus, but not required!
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention-to-detail
