The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with prior automotive sales experience.

Car Sales Representative / Consultant Responsibilities

• Greet customers, help diagnose their needs, and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle.
• Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Complete sales transaction paperwork.

Car Sales Representative / Consultant Compensation and Benefits

Average Sales Representative Pay :

• Internet Sales : $11,405 / month $137k / yr
• Sales : $12,332 / month $148k / yr

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative / Consultant Requirements

• 1-3 years of automotive sales experience.
• Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate Hiring Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen THC not included in the screening.
