Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager
Important responsibility areas include : financial controls, operations, guest satisfaction, people development and compliance.
The Restaurant General Manager in this position will be in charge of the restaurant’s P&L performance, will analyze monthly operating statements and determine causes of variances, and manage operational expenses to maximize profit potential.

Qualifications :
- The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
- Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
- The Restaurant General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager
