Title of Position : Restaurant Manager Job Description : The Restaurant Manager leads the restaurant in the day to day restaurant operations while identifying talent and interviewing and hiring new team members.
The Restaurant Manager will supervise every facet of the front of house operations, will ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and will make certain the service staff is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guest’s needs.
The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in carrying out administrative duties such as payroll, inventory, food ordering, and proper cash handling procedures while ensuring that safety and security standards are emphasized and adhered to in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications :
- Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Manager
- A requirement for the Restaurant Manager is a true passion for the development and mentoring of others
- The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial goals
- Honesty, integrity and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Restaurant Manager should posses
- The Restaurant Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
