District Manager
Our Kitchen is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven District Manager to join our team. We are an elevated fast-casual dining establishment, focused on providing high-quality food with top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for recruiting, developing, and nurturing teams.

We source the best ingredients, using local produce when possible and antibiotic-free meat that is humanely raised. We never use preservatives, food colorings, flavor enhancers or GMOs. Made slow and served fast, our comfort food redefines classic American cuisine and accommodates preferences like vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.
Responsibilities:
Provide visible leadership to management and employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded routinely.
Attain the financial objectives of the business through effective management of people, product, service and facility processes, including a focus on the revenue and profit components.
Conduct P&L performance analysis.
Ensure all management and employees are focused on exceeding guidelines related to: food quality and excellence, facility cleanliness, maintenance practices and service procedures.
Ensure that General Managers and Kitchen Managers recruit, hire, train and retain high quality employees and management.
Conduct performance evaluations on a timely basis; recommends promotions or corrective actions where appropriate (and ensure that General Managers are doing the same).
Conducts all necessary inspections and audits; develops and implements plans of actions on a timely basis.
Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by all managers.
Responds to guest concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems.
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years of proven success in a multi-unit role in Restaurant Operations
Strong Financial and Administrative Skills; define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide recommended solution.
Excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution and coaching.
Energetic, able to inspire your team and be part of creating a great environment and culture.
Proven ability to work various projects simultaneously and prioritize the most critical, wide degree of creativity and flexibility.
Successful track record in leading teams to meet sales and profitability objectives.
Presentation skills; Computer skills; Written and Verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and accommodate changes within the brand and company directions.
Flexibility to travel 50% of the time within the Inland Empire and North San Diego County
Valid driver’s license
New store opening experience a BIG plus.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk or in meetings with prolonged and repetitive use of a computer. Frequent standing, walking, bending, bending and twist neck and waist, reaching above and below shoulders and squatting, use hands, reaching or grasping with hands and arms. Must be able to verbally communicate for extended periods of time.
Working Environment:
Must be able to work in an office, restaurant, and outside environment. Must have a flexible schedule including weekends.
Benefits:
Annual Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 / year, based on experience.
Bonus potential: up to 20% of annual salary, based on performance.
