Examples of work include but are not limited to:

Office Duties:

• Repairs to - Plumbing, minor carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall
• Replacing light fixtures, HVAC filters
• Installing furniture / office moves
• Housekeeping of Building / Grounds

Workshop Duties:

• Preventative / Corrective Maintenance on machinery and vehicles
• Troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis for equipment breakdowns
• Minor Electrical and Piping install / repairs
• Assisting external contractors on projects
• Snow Removal Tasks

Additional Duties:

• Work with QHSE personnel to identify, communicate, and correct unsafe working conditions
• Comply with all OSHA and local safety requirements
• Attend training programs as assigned
• Order replacement parts and components as necessary. Manage inventories of various MRO items
• Individual will be responsible for allocating their time to complete their assigned duties, including time reporting and closing out assigned work orders
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagnostics and various test equipment is required
• Ability to read and understand schematics, control diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Must be able & willing to work outside of normal work hours on occasion

• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting / Root Cause Analysis
• Must have basic carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing skills
• Ability to read / understand blueprints and schematics
• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have familiarity with industry safety standards
• Must possess valid driver’s license
