Job Description Summary: This position will lead the enterprise-wide strategy and approach to build capability in organization design and effectiveness in support of business execution and results

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and own the strategy, process and tools designed to optimize the performance of business operating models through alignment of critical organizational components (strategy, process, structure, talent, culture, governance)
  • Identify and develop the global standard and framework for organization design across the enterprise
  • Create processes and tools to facilitate organization assessment and diagnosis, solution development, measurement and governance
  • Partner closely with Analytics COE to identify critical data and insights to support organization design decisions
  • Guide and advise business leaders on critical organization design initiatives; serve as internal subject matter expert and Practice Area Leader in organization design for GE Vernova
  • Build capability in business leaders to practice organization design, shifting to an “always on” versus “event-driven” approach
  • Leverage external benchmarks and best practices and apply to GE Vernova solutions
  • Collaborate closely with business and cross-functional partners and stakeholders to inform solutions that support an integrated organization and talent strategy
  • Collaborate with peers and other stakeholders to ensure enabling communications approach, technology and analytics align with broader strategy

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Significant years of experience in an HR and/or organization/talent related role
  • Understanding and experience in organization design and related tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effectively collaborates with and influences various business and cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills including creation of project plans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, creativity and flexibility in order to navigate a dynamic environment

  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions
  • Demonstrated global mindset and cultural awareness/sensitivity  
  • Strong analytical capability – able to analyze data and draw conclusions and recommendations  
  • Effectively balances a collaborative, team-oriented style with the ability to work independently

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $350,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation and equity. Benefits include health and additional benefits.

Qualifications/exigences :

· Solides compétences en gestion de projet, notamment la création de plans de projet, le suivi des étapes et l'atténuation des risques

· Fait preuve de pensée critique, de créativité et de flexibilité afin de naviguer dans un environnement dynamique
