Perform the daily operations of warehouse to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of hourly front-line manufacturing/warehousing employees including staffing, safety expectations and performance development.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
• Managing Shipping and Receiving of materials supporting production outputs.
• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
• Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
• May lead small projects for process improvement and resource requirements.
• Manage EE safety

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience).
• 3 years of Warehousing experience.

Desired Characteristics

• Engineering or Management Degree.
• Experience in Shipping and Receiving.
• Leadership or influencing experience.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• Established project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to document, plan, and shift priorities as needed.
• SAP experience
• High level of excel experience
• Working with union workforce
• High volume material receiving and storage experience
• High volume picking material, packing, and delivery to end customer(Factory) experience
• Inventory control experience, cycling counting, and daily management of transactions. 
• Ability to shift warehouse design based off of product change
• Ability to create a flow in the warehouse
• MRP system experience with general knowledge of excel
• Ability to train EE’s on receiving and picking processes
• Manage EE safety

 For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $74,000 - $92,000 USD Annual.

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive bonus of 5%.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
