GDT is Hiring a Network Engineer Near Fort Worth, TX
Job Details
This is a Contract to Hire, W2 only
Client seeks a Network Engineer proficient in Cisco CCNA and Juniper technologies to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This role requires onsite presence 4 to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco and Juniper network equipment.
- Perform rack and stack activities for equipment deployment.
- Execute software upgrades and patches.
- Manage cable infrastructure, including routing and labeling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects.
- Document network configurations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Experience with Juniper equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
