Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desk and phone research to identify market trends, and commercially viable conference programmes, tailored to the needs of the industry
• Write engaging conference agendas
• Convey compelling new topic ideas to senior executives and secure them to speak 
• Identify and acquire senior level speakers
• Create briefs for sales and marketing
• Support the live delivery of your event

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong communicator and confident in telephone speaker research, acquisition and management
• 4 years of direct experience in delivering conferences, with a bias towards In-Person events
• Strong experience with research, interviewing and content management, for a C-level audience
• Enthusiasm, confidence, a strong professional work ethic and strong business acumen
• Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile business executives
• Superior organisational and project management skills, along with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and synthesise information quickly and effectively
• Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter quickly and high intellectual curiosity
• Effective interviewing skills
• Professional business and/or technical writing experience
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Preference working in a collaborative team environment
• Confident using CRM systems and other collaboration tools, e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Monday.com
• The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
