About the Role

This remote position does require travelling both during onboarding / training, as well as to customer sites as needed throughout the year.

Reporting to the Customer Service Spare Parts & Support Manager, operating at an international level, responsibilities in this role include :

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

What You Need to Be Successful

• BS / MS degree in engineering, operational manufacturing, or business administration a plus.
• Previous experience in Sales strongly recommended.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills in problem-solving situations.
• Cost analysis, budgeting, and data manipulation.
• Availability to travel at least 20%-50% of the time.
• Basic knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Fluent English (written, spoken), a second foreign language (Spanish or Italian) is a plus.
