Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
- Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

The regular work schedule for these positions is as follows:
Mondays - Thursdays, 4am to 1pm, and Fridays 4am-10am.
During outages, you'll be expected to work 10-12 hours shift. This is mandatory overtime. We are currently undergoing an outage. Applying to this job implies that you are aware of and can commit to working the outage schedule.
