Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Your role will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect any suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
• Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements :

• Valid CPR and First Aid certificates
• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques, loss prevention strategies, and conflict management
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
