GD Sales LLC is a growing online retail company based out of Winter Haven, FL. We sell drones and accessories on ebay through our store: Got Drones and (soon on our own website). We also have a separate Amazon division that has amazing growth opportunities ahead. We are built with family first values, and have been blessed to continue to grow at a rapid pace by continuing to provide incredible customer service, fast shipping, and great products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls on shipments
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Oversee shipping and receiving
• Create and Manage Store Listings by ensuring a competitive pricing model is applied.
• Ensure warehouse responsibilities are covered each day. This position requires understanding all aspects of the operation and being able to perform them.

Requirements for the job:

• Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role in an online retail environment.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and work in a warehouse environment
• Be able to lift at least 40lbs
• Experience with UPS and USPS Shipping
• Experience with packaging items for shipment
• Experience with online retail platforms-ebay and amazon
• Creating and Managing Listings
• Experience with inventory management
• Proven track record of progressive supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
• Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Warehouse is open 9am-6pm
• Monday through Friday
• Availability as needed to respond to customer requests on weekends via email.

Work Location: In person, however some customer service elements can be done remotely.
