Job description

HRSA approved site seeking:

Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC, LMSW, LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs and Psychologists) wanted for full-time or part-time employment or contract position in Rio Rancho, NM.

Come join our progressive, integrative behavioral health practice to provide mental health counseling to the community. We value diversity in our practice and work/life balance. You will provide one-to-one mental health support/counseling with clients ranging in age, cultural background, sexual, and gender identity presenting with various diagnoses.

You will work with clients in-person and telehealth.

You have a new, clean, and modern office to work from.

The schedule is completely flexible.

You choose which population you want to work with.

You will have access to refer clients internally to medication and testing services to minimize the overwhelming burden of navigating the mental health system.

You treat your clients how you want to without company intrusion. You choose the modalities be it CBT, EMDR, DBT, Hypnotherapy, Somatic Therapies or others.

You will have the opportunity to diversify your caseload how you chose.

All billing, credentialing, and initial scheduling will be completed for you at no cost to you.

You will have the opportunity to treat clients with the following:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Grief
  • Weight Disorders
  • ADHD
  • OCD
  • Bipolar
  • Schizophrenia
  • Substance abuse
  • Eating disorders
  • Gender dysphoria
  • Autism spectrum disorder
  • Oppositional defiance disorder
  • Anger
  • Behavioral dysfunction
  • Chronic pain
  • Attachment disruption or disorders
  • PTSD or other trauma-related stress disorder
  • Generalized anxiety disorder
  • Much more

Must have:

A Masters Degree or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

New Mexico State LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, Psychologist, LMFT, or LPCC License

Compensation is very competitive.

Benefits are offered for full time counselors and include health insurance, paid time off, 401k and life insurance (optional) and CEU reimbursement up to 1k per year

COVID-19 considerations:
