GCyber is Hiring a Senior System Administrator - NSGB Near Jacksonville, FL

GCyber is hiring a Lead Systems Administrator to support a high visibility DoD customer. Your primary responsibility will be as the Technical Team Lead managing, maintaining, and improving the environment across multiple classifications.This position is located at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)As a Lead Systems Administrator, you will:

Provide expert level operations and maintenance (O&M) support for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS system infrastructure for a community of less than 500 users.
Provide O&M support for Special Access System infrastructure for a subset of the user community.
Provide O&M support for printer infrastructure, to include Pharos Secure Print.
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain VDI for thick/thin/zero clients and server virtualization technologies.
Provide O&M support for SQL Database infrastructure.
Provide O&M support for server and desktop-based software applications.
Provide data backup and restoration capabilities for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and Special Access
Systems.
Support replication of network file share volumes via Distributed Files System w/ Replication (DFS-R) between the NCR and NSGB locations.
Provide support for storage area network (SAN) and encrypted file storage capabilities.
Create/maintain standalone workstation images in accordance with DOD security standards.
Provide systems recovery and repair operations employing industry best practices for systems troubleshooting and fault isolation.
Provide and/or facilitate the distribution and installation of security patches.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
7 years' experience with Microsoft system administration in an enterprise environment (incl. AD, Group Policy, Visual Basic scripting)
4 years' experience leading tasks of similar size/scope
4 years' experience with the following:
- Windows Server and Windows 10/11 security configuration
- SCCM / MECM
- Maintaining PKI infrastructure
- Implementing and managing VDI infrastructure and server virtualization
3 years' experience with Vormetric data encryption solutions (preferred)
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer - Core Infrastructure (MCSE - Core Infrastructure) or Azure Solutions Expert - Architect certification
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISM, or Certified Information Systems or Security Professional (CISSP) certification
