Experience & abilities you will need:Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in cement manufacturing or related industry.Exposure to and/or experience in the fundamentals of maintenance planning.Flexible team player with strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated ability to deal with adverse human and technical situations.Demonstrated ability to take initiative based on sound problem solving skills.Demonstrated leadership skills via personal standards of conduct, work ethics, and ability to delegate.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, drawings, financial reports, and legal documents.Must possess solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and ProjectPrevious experience with a major CMMS, SAP required. This will be accomplished by providing the employees with detailed job plans, including technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures in a very organized fashion.
