This position is an on-site position, working at the cement plant located in Three Forks, MT. Relocation assistance available.
Experience and abilities you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience with direct responsibility with employee relations, performance management, employee development and talent acquisition.
• Strong computer skills (experience with HR systems - e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Ceridian/Dayforce). Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Expertise in report writing and related analytics.

The Human Resource Leader is responsible for delivering HR-related activities and works closely with the HR team and an assigned client group.
