```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent any suspicious activities
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents on the premises
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and contractors as needed
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Experience```
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard License is a plus
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
