GC Transports provides transportation solutions for individuals who are unable to travel independently. Our passengers primarily include people with disabilities and the elderly. Each day, including nights, weekends and all holidays, our team members dedicate their time to ensuring our customers' needs are met with respect and compassion and that they are transported safely.

As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our drivers and will work closely with the greater operations team to maximize efficiency in driver routes. You will assist with organizing and conducting activities to ensure the safe, cost-effective, and timely operating performance and routing of our drivers. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by answering their calls and ensuring their requests receive the attention and follow-through required. You will work in more than one software platform and must be moderately computer savvy and accustomed to responding to email inquiries as well. Being organized, articulate, flexible with your scheduling needs, and able to transition between tasks are essential attributes for your success in this position. While previous experience in a call center or transportation-related field is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check and DOT pre-employment drug screen
