Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the department or office.
• Complies with FDCPA, state and city laws, and provisions as outlined in the company compliance procedures• Complies with company procedures on daily payments, postdated checks, NSFs, unidentified payments, and cash• File and maintain filing system • Completes all required daily reports and processes i.e. Posting, Daily Recon and Manual letter creation • Ability to photocopy, print, fax and scan documents• Review, organize and maintain databases• Utilizes all available bookkeeping screens, reports and functions• Typing documents and correspondence• Checking and distributing documents and correspondence• Ability to research information with specified business parameters• Organize and maintain office area• Maintain email communication• Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements• Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals• React positively to an ongoing, changing environment• Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals• Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers• Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others• Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Experience:
No experience necessary; prefer 1 year of customer service/clerical experience
Computer Experience:
Must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and have a basic understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
