Apartment Maintenance Technician -Windom, MN
Job description:

We are looking for an experienced part-time maintenance person to work at our 45-unit apartment building in Windom MN -- Lakeside Apartments. Hours will vary, depending on the need for any after-hours emergencies that arise. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week.

Partial List of Duties:

Snow shoveling and plowing.
Painting.
Electrical.
Plumbing.
General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
Drywall repair.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem-solve.
Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.

The ideal candidate will:

Be able to start ASAP.
Will live within 15 minutes of the property in Windom

A criminal background check will be done. Must have your own tools, we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be available for being on call for after-hours emergencies.
